Cancelling Pro
Open TrendsMesh in Canva and choose Manage plan. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
Deleting your data
Write to contact@merchmesh.eu from the Canva account you use TrendsMesh with. We complete deletions within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Something looks wrong with a trend
If a trend’s evidence looks wrong, or a video no longer exists, email us the trend’s title. Videos can be deleted by their creators at any time; the trend stays as long as its other examples do.
