1. Who we are
TrendsMesh is operated by DALI GAMES Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, doing business as TrendsMesh, registered at ul. Na Ostatnim Groszu 3, 54-207 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8943202508, KRS 0001011601. In these terms, “we” and “us” means that company; “you” means the person or business using TrendsMesh.
2. What the service does
TrendsMesh shows short-form video trends while they are rising, with the evidence behind each one: why it is rising, its reach and momentum, and example videos. It runs as an app inside Canva.
Trends are information, not advice. We do our best to show trends early and accurately, but we cannot promise that a trend will keep growing, or that anything you make with it will sell or go viral.
3. Your account
You use TrendsMesh through your Canva account; we do not create a separate login. You must be at least 16 years old and, if you use TrendsMesh for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, scrape, resell or republish the trend list or its evidence, in whole or in large part.
- Use TrendsMesh to build or train a competing product.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload or get around the plan limits of the service.
- Use what TrendsMesh shows you to infringe anyone’s rights.
5. Other people’s content
The videos, thumbnails and creators TrendsMesh shows belong to their creators and stay on TikTok: we link to them and, in Canva, let you embed them, but we do not copy them or grant you any rights in them. If you use a trend in your own content, make your own version; do not reuse someone else’s video, music or likeness without their permission and the platform’s.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
TrendsMesh has a Free plan and a Pro plan. Current prices are shown on this website and in the app. Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled.
Pro is sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, on its own checkout page.
You can cancel at any time from Manage plan in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
We may change prices, and will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects your renewal. If you are a consumer in the EU you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, and nothing here removes that right.
7. Availability
We aim to keep TrendsMesh available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may need to suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund for the unused period.
8. Third-party platforms
TrendsMesh works inside Canva and shows content hosted on TikTok. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva or TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, their policies or changes they make.
9. Our intellectual property
The TrendsMesh software, brand, name and logo, and the way we select and present trends, belong to us. These terms give you a licence to use the service, not ownership of it.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are liable to you only for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using TrendsMesh at any time by removing the app. We may suspend your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service entirely, in which case we will give notice and refund any unused paid period. Your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days’ notice in the app. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using TrendsMesh before it takes effect and receive a refund for any unused paid period.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and the courts of Wrocław, Poland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
